Bob's Combo Special Plate

Preheat oven to 350
Call your favorite New Mexican food restaurant to place your order (I go to Los Cuates on the south side of Lomas)
Order your favorite a la carte items for your combo plate. I usually order 1 beef taco, 1 rolled chicken enchilada (red), and one chili relleno (green). Don't forget the green chili sauce, the refried beans and the sopaipillas.
On an oven-proof plate place your combo items and your beans. Then smother the entire combo with green chili sauce.
Turn off pre-heated oven.
Place your Combo Special in oven and give it about a half an hour while you make the Margaritas. E N J O Y ! ! ! !
